Caroline Hays, MPH, RN, BSN

Caroline Hays (she/her) is an Evaluation Research Specialist with the Abacus Evaluation team at the UNC Center for Health Equity Research. Caroline has a Master of Public Health from the Gillings School of Global Public Health at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, as well as Bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Nursing. Caroline has over 9 years of experience in clinical healthcare, public health research, and evaluation. Her interests include maternal and child health and health disparities.
