We will explore stories from graduate students of color through interactive story boards and a performance piece, culminating in a facilitated discussion. Standard Safe Zone covers the concepts mentioned above, as well as campus climate data, campus achievement disparities, common allyship scenarios. This training is intended to address concerns particular to students, faculty, and staff members.

This year's Lineberger Scientific Symposium theme is “The Biology of Aggressive Cancers and Tumor-Stroma Interactions.” The symposium is free but please register to attend.
The symposium is co-hosted by the Cancer Cell Biology T32 Training Program and the Program in Translational Medicine T32. It will feature two keynote addresses, short talks by trainees in both programs, and a career panel of program alumni.
