BCB Colloquium – Chai/Raulerson BCB Student Presentations

The BCB Fall Colloquium Series welcomes Shengjie Chai, BCB Senior Student in the labs of Jonathan Serody and Benjamin Vincent, and Chelsea K Raulerson, BCB Senior Student in the labs of Karen L Mohlke and Terrence S Furey, this week. Shengjie’s talk title is “Identify tumor specific splice variant neoantigens from RNA sequencing”. Chelsea’s talk title is “Leveraging adipose gene expression and clinical traits to detect candidate genes at cardiometabolic GWAS loci”. The BCB Colloquium features talks from BCB Faculty, prospective BCB Faculty, and Senior BCB PhD and Certificate Students. Talks are Mondays at 4:30 in G030 Bondurant Hall. Everyone is welcome.
