The UNC Department of Genetics Research Colloquium welcomes Daniel Sprague, Pharmacology Graduate Student, and Jackson Trotman, Post-Doctoral Research Associate, in the lab of Mauro Calabrese, UNC Department of Pharmacology on Wednesday, October 23, 2019. Daniel Sprague’s talk title is “A k-mer based computational approach to study the function of long non-coding RNAs”. Jackson Trotman’s talk title is “Understanding how a critical domain of the lncRNA Xist initiates gene silencing”. Pizza provided. Attendees must bring own drinks.
