Dr. Fiscus has served as regional medical director, Executive Medical Director of Ambulatory Clinics, Chief Value Officer for UNC Physicians Network, and now serves as the President and CEO of UNC Physicians Network. She is experienced in developing physician and administrative teams to transform practices that create value for patients and parents, as well as the primary care team. She continues to practice as board certified pediatrician and internist at UNC North Chatham Pediatrics and Internal Medicine, allowing her to provide both administrative and primary care perspective to the research project.
