Cristina Collins has a Law degree from Medellin, Colombia where she practiced as an Employment Law Attorney and Human Resource Manager. She also taught Employment Law at the college level. Cristina moved to the United States in 2016 and started working at UNC Health in 2019. She worked for both the Internal Medicine clinic and Patient Relations department and was part of various projects in each role. Cristina is a trained Kaizen Coach.
