AAFA goes to Asian Kitchen! Alex, Zev, Lee, Karina, Emily, and I (Linda) had dinner at Asian Kitchen. The restaurant has changed ownership and now features hand pulled noodles ( see man in window!). The foodies Alex and Emily had been there before and knew what to order. We had tripe (I don’t eat regularly 😊 but thought it was delicious), cold cucumbers, water spinach, their specialty green beans, Hunan pork. We didn’t try their specialty duck blood, gizzards, or intestines (no feet on menu) but maybe we can try on our next outing… I’m game! We all had shaved noodle (hand-pulled) soup and took some home.
