In this forum, you will be asked multiple choice and open-ended questions about our culture and System values, including how we are living our values today, how we should speak about them, and how we can hold ourselves and each other accountable for living them. No advance preparation is needed.
All responses are confidential and participant names will not be shared. However, your responses will be visible to other teammates you will all react to and vote on other responses.
We also ask that leaders help us encourage their teams and ensure they have opportunities to participate in this virtual forum – especially those without regular access to email.
