Dr. Porter sees patients for weight management along with obesity related endocrine disease. He has a passion for improving quality of life in his patients and a focus on prevention of long-term disease complications. He serves as a clinician educator where he values training the next generation of providers with a philosophy of holistic patient-centered care. In his free time, he enjoys exploring North Carolina’s many hiking trails with his wife and their dog August.
