UNC Health Foundation invites you to a powerful discussion on Health Equity: Eliminating Health Disparities

UNC Health and the UNC School of Medicine are committed to health equity for all. UNC Health Foundation is excited to hear from leaders who are nurturing an environment of diversity and inclusion, and heading the charge to eradicate health disparities in the state of North Carolina and beyond. Health Equity: Eliminating Health Disparities will be on Tuesday, Feb. 23 from 5-6PM.  Speakers include: Dr. Kenya McNeal-Trice, who will highlight her new role within SOM as the Chief Graduate Medical Education Officer/ACGME Designated Institutional Official; Dr. Giselle Corbie-Smith, who will discuss the history around health disparities in NC; and Dr. Keisha Gibson, who will shine a light on the disparities within kidney disease as well as her time as a SOM alum and participant of the MED Summer Program. We encourage you to submit questions for our speakers prior to the webinar. This event will be recorded.
