WTVD-11 News reports how the UK’s approval of the Pfizer vaccine could benefit North Carolina and asks who will get the vaccine first.
Myron Cohen, MD, the Yeargan-Bate Distinguished Professor of Medicine in the division of infectious diseases, tells WTVD-11 that the coming winter will be difficult.
“I think everybody is forewarning that the spike increase in cases that we see right now became inevitable over fall, both for climate reasons and for fatigue reasons,” Cohen said.
