UNC Kidney Center’s Dr. Keisha Gibson was recognized by the Class of 2016 with the Leonard Tow Humanism in Medicine Faculty Award at the School of Medicine Commencement this weekend. This award, sponsored by the Arnold P. Gold Foundation, honors a faculty member “who best demonstrates the Foundation’s ideals of outstanding compassion in the delivery of care; respect for patients, their families, and healthcare colleagues; and clinical excellence.”
