Mollie is from South Carolina and graduated from Clemson with a degree in Biology. After college, she worked for two years as a scribe at MUSC with the Oncology and Hematology clinics. As a medical student, she has dedicated herself to service, cofounding and leading Medical Students Making Change, working with multiple free clinics to provide lifestyle and healthcare education and monitoring to patients with diabetes. Remarkably, she was able to establish this network program and secured $45,000 of grant funding to support this project. In recognition of her outstanding academic performance and dedication to her patients and community, Mollie was inducted into both the AOA and Gold Humanism Honor Societies.
