Dr. Lalush has a primary focus on human-subject imaging research using PET, MRI, and X-ray CT. Currently, his active areas include PET-MRI neuroimaging, quantitative orthopaedic MRI imaging, and PET-MRI cancer applications. Applications of data science, machine learning, and deep learning are an important aspect of his work. As a longtime instructor of Biomedical Signal Processing, Dr. Lalush also has expertise in the processing and analysis of biomedical signals, especially using machine learning techniques.
