Dr. Dorey Glenn is a pediatric nephrologist and investigator in the field of glomerular disease. He primarily studies pneumococcal and influenza vaccine effectiveness and infection epidemiology in immunosuppressed populations. He is involved with multiple observational cohort studies of children and adults with kidney disease. He is also interested in pediatric nephrology education and clinical care in low-resource settings. He previously served as co-chair and chair of the global health sub-committee of the American Society of Pediatric Nephrology (2018-2021) and is an active member of the pediatric steering committee for the non-profit organization, Health Volunteers Overseas (2020-present). Dr. Glenn continues to be involved in the clinical care of children with renal disease at the University of North Carolina.
