I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Radiology and Biomedical Research Imaging Center (BRIC) at
the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. My research focuses on the segmentation of infant brain images,
volume-based analysis of early brain development, and early prediction of autism, with 200+ peer-reviewed
journal papers published in the field. I have also released a set of tools for infant neuroimaging studies, e.g.,
UNC 4D Volumetric Atlases (in NITRC, with 700+ downloads), 4D Infant Cortical Surface Atlases (in NITRC,
with 5000+ downloads), infant Brain Extraction and Analysis Toolbox (in NITRC, with 6000+ downloads) and
iBEAT V2.0 Cloud (validated on 16,000+ infant scans from 130+ institutions).
