Areas of clinical and research focus include clinical research glomerular disease, lupus and vasculitis as well as sickle cell and sickle cell trait related kidney disease. Additional interests in thrombotic complications in glomerular disease and vasculitis. Work with translational scientists in our group and with additional collaborators in epidemiology and biostatistics. Currently, serve as site PI for observational cohort of glomerular disease and a natural history study of sickle cell related kidney disease as well as multiple clinical trials in nephrology.
