In March 2023, Drs. Laura Cannon and Eve Wu were invited to presented at the 2023 Carolinas Fellows Collaborative Winter Symposium. Dr. Cannon’s presentation was entitled, “Pediatric Rheumatology Potpourri” and Dr. Wu presented, “Autoimmunity and Immunodeficiency: Two Sides of the Same Coin”.
The Carolinas Fellows Collaborative is a biannual meeting. The program is focused on promoting excellence in clinical care, enhancing scholarship in rheumatology, and networking among fellowship trainees.
Twenty-five rheumatology fellows from UNC, Duke, Wake Forest, Medical University of South Carolina, and Massachusetts General Hospital participated in the 3-day meeting.
Multiple faculty from across the UNC School of Medicine presented engaging, dynamic, and informative lectures and workshops.
