Dr. Emanuele’s research centers around the intricate mechanisms of ubiquitin signaling and cell cycle control. The work of the Emanuele Lab has delved into understanding the understanding of ubiquitin signaling networks, shedding light on the fundamental processes governing cell division and the regulation of various cellular activities. Their breakthrough discoveries have opened new avenues for targeted therapies and potential treatments for diseases associated with abnormal cell cycle regulation. During his time at UNC Pharmacology, Dr. Emanuele has been an exceptional mentor, guiding and inspiring students and researchers in the scientific community. His passion for knowledge and commitment to excellence have left an indelible mark on his peers and colleagues.
