The Center’s Wake County programs, STEP, OASIS and our Wake ACT Team, along with WakeBrook Crisis and Assessment and its programs, and the UNC Parent Assessment Program were honored as  UNC Health Care Awardpart of a leadership award that North Carolina Council of Community Programs presented to UNC Health Care on June 20 at the North Raleigh Hilton.

Alliance Behavioral HealthCare nominated UNC Health Care for the award. UNC Health Care has partnered with Alliance Behavioral Healthcare to implement a significant number of programs in Wake County. The Center’s Wake programs are part of this initiative.

The North Carolina Council of Community Programs is the State Association for Local Management Entities/Public Managed Care Organizations.
