About Us
Neurointerventional Radiology

Neurointerventional Radiology is a specialized field within radiology that focuses on using minimally invasive procedures to diagnose and treat conditions of the brain, spine, head, and neck. Our Fellowship program in interventional neuroradiology provides advanced training in a variety of procedures such as embolization, angioplasty, stent placement, thrombectomy, and more.

The program commenced on July 1, 2017, with a capacity of 2 trainees annually. It spans a duration of 2 years. Eligible candidates must have completed a residency in neurosurgery, a fellowship in vascular neurology, neuro critical care, or neuroradiology, placing them within PGY 6-8. While lacking ACGME accreditation presently, we are considering pursuing CAST accreditation. Trainees are not tasked with attending duties and are sustained by clinical revenues. Remuneration is in line with ACGME salary standards.
