Data Submission Agreement (DSA) for the NIMH Data Archive (NDA) process
The Office of Industry Contracting will handle and provide guidance regarding the Data Submission Agreement (DSA) for the NIMH Data Archive (NDA) process.
The Signing Official listed on the Data Submission Agreement should be from Industry Contracting, not the Sponsored Programs Office. For questions email OSPContracting@unc.edu.
To begin the process, please submit a request in ALICE.
It will then be assigned to a Contracting Officer who will review, sign, and let you know if there are any questions.
