We are excited to welcome Zach Feuer, MD as our 2023-2025 Urologic Oncology Fellow.
A native New Yorker, Dr. Feuer received his medical degree from SUNY Downstate where he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. Dr. Feuer is currently completing his urology residency at NYU Langone Health in New York City where he was inducted into the Gold Humanism honor society and was recognized by the NYU Grossman School of Medicine for his contributions to medical student education.
Dr. Feuer is interested in exploring value-based care initiatives for urologic oncology patients, which serve to incentivize high-quality care.
About the UNC Urologic Oncology Fellowship
UNC Urology’s Urologic Oncology Fellowship is a 2-year program accredited by the Society of Urologic Oncology. It provides rich multidisciplinary exposure to the management of genitourinary (GU) malignancies and mentored career development in health services research, clinical trials, and translational research. Dr. Feuer will being joining current fellows Dr. Colton Walker and Dr. Katherine Gessner.
